Job profile: As a Financial Coordinator, you will work with versatile monthly reporting procedures, forecasts, budget and ad-hoc reporting. In this role, one key focus is the responsibility for communication and support to our Shared Service Center team (SSC).  The Financial Coordinator is expected to analyze and improve internal routines and processes, there is also a need for other associated assignments and responsibilities within the department. Another important part of the job is the involvement in various projects.   Key responsibilities:Support to our production in the continuous improvement projectsInvolved in our new development projects, from pre-study to follow up when implemented in productionMonthly closing assignments.  Involved in the forecasts and budgetFirst point of contact to our SSC-team in Cracow and intermediary for the involved stakeholdersAnalyze, follow up and improve the internal routines and processesCurrent-recording support to the department and to our SSC-team   Statistical reporting First point of contact to the Tax authoritiesResponsible for manual invoices and for handling manual payment transactionsSupport in audits Ad-hoc assignments, analysis and presentationsQualifications and skills: Our ideal candidate holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics or relevant area. Proven knowledge of principles and practices within accounting and/ or controlling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.   As a person, you are an eager, curious and a quick learner. Acting self-propelled, with a high sense of accountability and a reliable quality hallmark. You are detail oriented, accurate and being able to analyze details in its context in a structural way. You have the ability to work in a fast paced organization where keeping deadlines is an important element. Being a teamplayer in a prestigeless environment with a wide range of duties who truly enjoys sharing your knowledge, and experiences with others.
