HR Business Partner for Arjo HQ, Sales and Service Nordics

The HR Business Partner offers an opportunity to develop and execute the HR agenda that supports the Arjo Business.
Main purpose of the HR Partner role is to focus on strategic, performance driving activities, and the monitoring of operational services.
As HR Partner, you are ultimately accountable for all HR deliverables for the operating unit and act as single point of contact for managers in the Nordics. You will work close with both national and international managers and the global HR team.
The role is based in Malmö, Arjo HQ. International travel is required for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute as a member in the management of the Business
• Support organization management in identifying and building the organizational capabilities required to execute the business strategy
• Coach and provide advice to line management on people matters as the people specialists
• Drive Arjo HR 2020 Directive and deploy the HR solutions in the area of responsibility
• Drive culture change taking direction from the business leadership

The HR Business Partner will:
• Make sure HR Policies and other Company Policies are being followed in the business
• Facilitate Workforce Planning and analysis of workforce data
• Monitor and analyze business performance and propose improvements and solutions
• Manage negotiations with the Unions

Key activities for HR Business Partner:
• Coach and support the functional leaders in the daily work
• People Review, Talent Identification and Succession planning
• Recruitment
• Change Management
• Workforce Planning
• Competence Planning
• Labor topics related to employment, rightsizing or redundancy etc.
• Salary revision




The Ideal Candidate
We believe that the right candidate has 5-10 years of experience in HR work. You have a similar role in a global company today for you have a broad HR background from a smaller company.

You are not afraid of taking uncomfortable decisions and always has a high integrity in your work.

As a HR business partner you need to be communicative and a good listener. You enjoy working with people and build relations.

The successful HR Partner would likely to have the ability to work in a very varied, multi-cultural, international environment across time zones and business etiquettes.
