HR for Vattenfall Group Staff Functions (SF HR) is looking for a new HR Compliance Officer with location in Amsterdam, Berlin or Stockholm (Solna). Your main responsibilitiesAs the HR Compliance Officer you will ensure that SF HR is compliant according to internal and external regulations, with GDPR compliance and data protection as focus areas. The compliance is fundamentally a responsibility of line and process managers within SF HR. The Compliance Officer implements, guides, enforces and follows up on compliance frameworks within SF HR as well as towards relevant stakeholders in Vattenfall Group. You will be part of an experienced and skilled team of HR colleagues from Sweden, Germany, Poland, UK, Denmark and The Netherlands.This position reports directly to Vice President Governance & Metrics within Staff Function Human Resources. QualificationsBachelor or Master degree in a relevant fieldProven experience from successfully developing and implementing data protection governance for employee data within a complex organization. GDPR expertise is a prerequisite.Experience in project managementExperience from working in large and complex international organizationsFluent English language, spoken and writtenYou as a personAs a person you are keen to cooperate within the team and across teams – with your flexibility you can look outside your own area and contribute to the broader scope.
