Group Business Navigation Business Partner

In this role you have Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field and broad experience in business performance management and financial management. You also have 10+ years of experience with increased responsibility in business steering or finance related field and 5+ years of experience as a manager with experience in larger international structure. Strong ability to prioritize, to provide clear directions, to multi task and to communicate confidently and clearly in English is in your scope. In addition, you possess business experience as well as proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.You have knowledge in following areas:• excellent knowledge of all aspects of Business Navigation, including strategic finance, business steering and performance management and broad knowledge of all finance-related areas• broad knowledge of the assigned functional area (Centre of Expertise) you will be leading and good knowledge of all areas connected to Business Navigation and the wider Finance activities• broad knowledge of business, financial and operational processes, inter-dependencies and how to work through them• good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context• good knowledge of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders• good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them• good knowledge of the customer needs, demands and expectations on the markets We believe that you are a strategic, tactical and operational business partner, with strong analytical skills and with ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions. Your responsibilitiesAs a Group Business Navigation Business Partner you will be the single point of contact in all matters related to Finance towards appointed the Group Function or Service Function managers you work with, a regular/permanent invitee in the management team of the Group Function and will support the Group Function leader in strategic and tactical business steering decisions, acting as the equivalent of a CFO towards the Group or Service Function. In addition, you will lead one of the functional areas within Group Business Navigation, including managing a team of specialists business navigators and business analysts, and leading the development of the functional agenda across IKEA.You will:• be responsible for business performance management and financial decision support of assigned Group and Service Functions• secure that IKEA financial policies and rules are followed within the scope of the assigned Group and Service Functions• be responsible for the operation and development of an assigned functional area a Centre of Expertise within Group Business Navigation, including further development and implementation of relevant policies, frameworks and tools; and for the production and distribution of analysis, insights and recommendations related to Ingka business performance, investment plans, financial position and risks as assigned• drive, together with other stakeholders, the implementation of IKEA Financial Strategy, planning, resource allocation and performance management• secure and maintain a connection with and between the three core businesses, business owners, group functions, process teams within the IKEA Group• secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach• ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with IKEA policiesIn this role you will report to the Group Business Navigation Manager.About this work areaGroup Finance & Global Business Operations enables business transformation and secures Ingka Group long term profitable growth and independence through financial steering and decision support, operational excellence and compliance.
