We are looking for full-time SENIOR STATISTICIAN and/or STATISTICIAN to our Gothenburg office in Sweden. Your responsibilities as a statistician include:Preparing statistical analysis plansPlanning and conduction of statistical analysis (using R)Contributing in planning of study designs and study protocolsContributing in writing study reports and publicationsAdditional responsibilities of a senior statistician can include:Supervision of statisticiansCoordination of projects Lead in planning of study designs and study protocolsLead in writing study reports and publicationsThe exact responsibilities will be agreed individually based on the background and preference of the new employee. We will support your development and career progression by providing career path opportunities as a part of global organization.We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:An academic degree (MSc) in statistics, applied mathematics, epidemiology or related fieldApplicable several years’ experience as statistician for example within academia, pharmaceutical industry, contract research organization, or other relevant organizationStrong background in statistics with experience of survival analysisStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent written and spoken EnglishAbility to work in several projects in parallel, often under time pressureExperience of working with R programming language Preferred but not required qualifications include:Ph.D. degree in statistics or related field Research experience within Real-World Evidence, such as pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology or register-based studiesBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary along with other employee focused benefits for health and recreation.
