About the company:

MultiMind is now looking to recruit a German-speaking Customers Service Advisor for our client Klarna. Klarna is a financial e-commerce company that provides secure and simple payment solutions online and is rapidly becoming a leading actor in their field. Currently, the company is in a phase of expansive growth and is looking to expand their team of advisors. This is a junior-level position and for the right candidate there are good opportunities for development within the company.

The task:

As a customer service advisor your mission is to provide excellent service to Klarna’s customers, which includes both end-consumers and the e-stores using Klarna’s payment services. Your main communication channel will be e-mail and you will also have some customer contact over the telephone. The role is aimed towards the Danish market and you will be part of a specialized team.

In this role you will:

* Be responsible for solving customer and partner cases
* Deliver service with high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and help victims of fraud as well as preventing fraudsters from trying to remove security-blocks and fish for sensitive information.
* Oversee our presence in social media and be involved in different projects regarding our routines and processes.??

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and who is comfortable with working independently. You are results oriented and excellent at problem solving, as well as confident in your communication with external parties. As you will be part of a close-knit team of advisors, thus we also see that you are communicative and thrive in a fast-paced, social and international working environment.

Your background:

We would like for you to have some experience in customer service or similar roles previously. Great emphasis is placed on personal traits, but fluency in Danish and English is a requirement.

* Fluency in German and English
